Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists are your partner in evaluating and restoring strength, endurance, movement, and physical abilities affected by injury, disease, or disability. A physiotherapist works closely with your physician to help you manage and prevent many physical problems caused by sport, illness, disease, work, aging, and long periods of inactivity.

As a Women’s Health therapist she can treat symptoms of incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, sexual pain and anorectal disorders, but she has a particular passion for prenatal and postpartum care. She feels that as a Women’s Health therapist you need to be holistic in your practice, and this is what drives her to continue to expand her knowledge.

In her spare time you’ll find Stephanie keeping a keen eye on the weather report waiting for the next snow storm, but in the off season she will be happy to hear your recommendations on hikes in the area.
